Eyelash adhesive for artificial lashes by Essence

When you are almost finished with your make-up and only the lipstick has to be applied, the last step is to apply artificial eyelashes, for example from Essence. Once you have removed the lashes from the pack, first check the length of the lashes. Depending on the effect you want to achieve, trim the lashes with nail scissors and position them on your eyelid without using glue. Once you have found the right position for your eyelash band, you can now use the eyelash adhesive. With the applicator you have it easier, because you can apply a thin film of glue on the eyelash strip and distribute it evenly. Let the eyelash glue dry for about 60 seconds, so that it gets an even more sticky consistency. This makes it easier to place the artificial eyelashes and they stay in their desired position. First take the wrong lash with an eyelash applicator or tweezers and place it in the middle of your eye. First, apply the inner and outer ends of the lashes by gently pressing them together with tweezers or the lash applicator. Once the lashes are firmly seated on the eye, you can use an eyelash applicator to gently squeeze your own lashes and the hairs of the fake eyelash ribbons together to avoid gaps. Especially for beginners it is difficult to find the perfect position of the artificial lashes on the lash line at the first try. But even this is no problem, because you can conceal unattractive gaps between the lash band and your own lash line by simply drawing a line with black eyeliner to close any gaps before you apply the lashes.
