You also wonder where the difference between Kajal and Eyeliner? Well, both are there to pull an eyelid. The difference is, among other things, the effect they produce. The kajal is a soft eyeliner pencil, which usually consists of wood and has to be sharpened. The eyeliner with a kajal becomes very soft. Drawing a sharp line is almost impossible. The most common method to apply a kajal is to apply it close to your eyelash wreath and so follow the contour of your eye. Often, it is then blown out to the outside, creating a soft transition. Because it is very soft, it is also good for applying on the water line. Or you can use it as an eyeshadow pencil. Especially colored kajal pens create a great look when you apply them to the entire eyelid and veneer. The classic eyeliner is an eyeliner in stick form (made of wood or with a rotating mechanism) or a felt liner. The eyeliner in pen form is very similar to the kajal, but they differ in essential features. The eyelid pin is more firm than the kajal and is usually less good to hide, holds for it longer in the eye. Filzliner belong to the family of the Liquid eyeliner, but are much easier to use. For eyelids, a wide eyelid line is advisable, strong lines are the alpha and omega. However, it is very important that the eyeliner is pulled as close to the eyelashes as possible.
