The first step in facial cleansing is the thorough removal of make-up. Inexpensive make-up removers are available in the form of cloths, emulsions or oils from Ziaja. Once the complete make-up has been removed, the skin should be thoroughly cleaned with a so-called cleanser. To do this, the cleanser is carefully massaged into the skin and removed with water or a moistened washcloth. If necessary, an additional peeling as well as a facial toner or toner can be used. In order to keep the skin smooth and not dry out, you should now use the right products for your skin care. In addition to normal day and night creams with a high moisture content, there are other high-quality products that not only provide wonderful care, but also bring the feeling of a wellness treatment home. A serum, if adapted to your own skin type, offers intensive care and the treatment of special skin problems with a very high concentration of active ingredients. A small amount is sufficient to achieve the desired effect. If necessary, different serums with differently oriented active agents can be combined with each other. Thus, impurities, dryness, wrinkles and discoloration can be specifically treated with a serum from Ziaja. For the spa feeling at home, however, face masks should not be missing. Used 1-3 times a week, face masks can additionally cleanse, moisturize and refine the skin. Regularly applied, the skin appearance is significantly improved by the additional care step with a face mask. In contrast to the face, the skin on the body is often under a lot of stress, even without us noticing it. Clothing rubs against the skin all day long, unwanted hair is removed and UV radiation hits the skin over a large area. During the course of the day, the hands repeatedly come into contact with irritating substances. The weather, physical and mental stress as well as weight changes and pregnancy can also have a negative influence on the entire skin. This is why appropriate care is important to restore the skin to its natural balance and maintain its condition as well as possible.

First of all, of course, just as with the face, the correct cleansing of the skin is immensely important. Although the main purpose of cleansing products is to remove unpleasant odours, sweat and dirt from the body, this is accompanied by intensive cleansing of the skin. In other words: if the skin on the body is thoroughly cleaned and cared for, odours disappear and the skin becomes very smooth, soft and supple. If desired, a body peeling can be used in addition, which prepares perfectly for hair removal and gently removes dry skin scales. To prevent the skin from drying out or being over-cared-for, shower gel or cleansing lotion should be either very neutral or adapted to your skin type. In addition, a body lotion, nourishing gel or richer body butter should be used to soothe the skin and provide it with plenty of moisture. If you have very dry skin, you should additionally use an oil or an even more intensive care product.
