How long does the shipping take?

Shipping with DHL & Hermes within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. For orders from abroad the dispatch can take a little longer depending upon country.

My parcel has still not arrived!

You can easily track the shipping status of your parcel by clicking on the link in the email shipping confirmation. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived after one week (after receipt of payment).

The item I want to order is sold out!

Sometimes we don't have all items in stock. You now have two options:

  1. You check our shop regularly and see if the item is back.
  2. On every article page there is a field in which you can enter your e-mail address. Now you will be informed automatically as soon as the article is available again. We only use your e-mail address to inform you about the availability of the article and then delete the address again. 

I have ordered, but have not received an order confirmation!

Please check the spam folder of your mail program first. Some mail programs sort our e-mails incorrectly into this folder. If the order confirmation is also not in the spam folder, it could be that the e-mail address you entered is incorrect. To clarify this, you should contact us. Either by e-mail to info@kosmetik4less.de or by telephone: +49 (0)4105 6928970.

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged?

Although we pack everything as well and safely as possible, it may happen that goods are damaged during shipping. If this happens to you, please contact us. The best way is to send us an e-mail to info@kosmetik4less.de with a photo of the damaged goods. We will check the case and find a solution immediately.

Can I also order from abroad?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Orders from the EU are completely uncomplicated. However, if you are ordering from a non-EU country, you should read the instructions under "What do I have to consider when ordering from Switzerland (countries outside the EU)".

What do I have to consider when ordering from Switzerland (countries outside the EU)?

For orders from Switzerland (and other non-EU countries) there are some special features:

  1. The German VAT does not have to be paid, but the VAT of your country is calculated at the border.
  2. There are customs duties (depending on the value of the goods).
  3. Additional bank charges apply for bank transfers. These fees have to be paid by the buyer and can vary. It is best to find out how many extra costs you will incur before placing your order.
  4. Shipping usually takes a few days longer.

Can I add items to my order afterwards?

As long as your order has not left our warehouse, you can add items. You should be quick, though, as paid orders are often shipped the same day. To add items to your order, please contact us directly by email at info@kosmetik4less.de or by phone at : +49 (0)4105 6928970.

How do I cancel my order?

Write us an e-mail info@kosmetik4less.de in which you cancel the order or call us +49 (0)4105 6928970. Paid goods often leave our warehouse on the same day, so you should be quick.

How do I redeem my discount code?

To redeem discount codes:

  1. Add all items you want to buy to your shopping cart.
  2. Show your shopping cart. Click on "My Shopping Cart" (at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the box next to "Use discount code".
  4. Enter the code in the "Use discount code" field.
  5. Click on "Use discount code".

The discount is now credited to your order. In the field with the invoice amount you can see the new amount minus the discount. Click on "Continue to checkout" to finish the order process.

How do I redeem my voucher code (gift certificate)?

To redeem your kosmetik4less.de voucher:

  1. Add all items you want to buy to your shopping cart.
  2. Show your shopping cart. Click on "My Shopping Cart" (at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the box next to "Pay with gift card".
  4. Enter your voucher code in the "Pay with gift card" field.
  5. Click on "Apply gift card".
